Shipping + Returns

All orders are processed under the watchful eye of our Chief Frenchie Officers and shipped within 3 days. 

If for some reason your Bags + Stella items are not to your liking, pieces can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Please note, that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and a return shipping label can be processed by request. 

At this time Bags + Stella items can only be shipped within the United States.

Free Shipping  — On all orders over $75 using code FFSHIP (This code can be combined with other discounts)
USPS Priority Shipping  — $10 flat rate for all orders under $75.
Expedited 2 Day Shipping – $20 flat rate on all orders.

returns + exchanges

All Bags + Stella items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. If you experience an issue, please include a photo, detailed description, and your order number within 3 days of delivery in an email so our team can determine the best resolution. Emails should be sent to info@bagsandstella.com and re-shipments will be processed as soon as possible. 

Tracking + Lost Packages

Once the order is shipped, an order’s shipping and tracking information is outside of our control. It is the receiver’s responsibility to track their package and we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
